Information on the current situation

In times of a pandemic, social and cultural anthropological research is immensely important, and exciting! It focuses on sociocultural reorientations (how is the pandemic understood and interpreted?), social inequalities (who is affected and how?) and changing ways of life (how do people construct a "new normal"?).

All members of our teaching staff offer consultation hours via telephone or Zoom and can be contacted by email. For more information please click here.

Due to the current pandemic restrictions, the secretariat is closed to the public. You can contact us via .

A heartly welcome to all new students!
